In order to further promote exchanges between South Korean enterprises and Chinese enterprises on cross-border e-commerce new policy linking new products, new technologies and new markets, the China-South Korea SME Cooperation Forum was held in the Suzhou High-tech Zone recently. It is understood that the South Korea SME Technology Innovation Association will set up an office in Suzhou to provide matchmaking services for China and South Korea to enhance cooperation.
This forum is sponsored by the Suzhou Foreign Trade SME Promotion Association, the Technology Innovation Association under the South Korea Small and Medium Business Administration, and organized by Suzhou Yichuangqu Network Technology Co., Ltd., and supported by the Suzhou General Chamber of Commerce, the Suzhou Science and Technology City Administrative Committee and the Jiangsu High-tech Venture Capital Group.
On the forum, the South Korea brought a number of enterprise project introductions, involving robotics, semiconductor, auto parts, new technologies of agricultural products, advertisement on mobile device and others. Quan Dazhu, director-general of the South Korea Small and Medium Business Administration, said over the past 24 years since the establishment of diplomatic ties between China and the Republic of Korea, bilateral economic and trade relations have been developing rapidly, and the bilateral trade, mutual investment and labor service cooperation have been expanding. The South Korea SME Technology Innovation Association will set up an office in Suzhou to further deepen cooperation.
With Embracing Innovation Consciousness and Face the World as the slogan, the association was established in 2002, and created 30,000 jobs in five consecutive years. It offers help for enterprises in technology and project cooperation, as well as new added-value.
It is reported that in today's Internet+ era, a number of small and medium-sized innovative enterprises in Suzhou are pouring out. At present, Suzhou has 25 state-level incubators of various types and more than 40 incubators at the provincial level. More than 40 trade associations registered in the Suzhou Federation of Industry and Commerce.
